Can you remake an item I saw previously in your store?

While it never hurts to ask, every one of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and I probably won’t have the materials featured in the item you saw. Even if I have something similar, it probably won’t turn out exactly the same. This is what makes my work special and I thank you for understanding.

Do you accept refunds? 

If you decide you don’t like the piece for any reason, return it within 30 days for a full item refund. I am unfortunately unable to cover shipping costs.

I’m allergic to some materials, is there info on this?

I do my best to identify materials on every listing, but many of the components and pieces I use are vintage and reclaimed, so I might not have the information on what they’re made from. All my earrings have brand new ear wires, the metal type is either plain brass or hypoallergenic alloy. My home studio is smoke-free and pet friendly.

What are your shipping costs? 

$4.50 in the US. $17.50 to Canada or the UK. If you’re in another country please contact me! I’ll look into it and make you a special listing. Unfortunately I can’t ship to Russia or many places in the Middle East.

My order arrived damaged, what now? 

You can return it for a full refund or I’ll fix it and cover the shipping.

Do you do wholesale quantities?

Since each piece is individually handmade and I don’t charge for overhead, I am unable to sell wholesale quantities for wholesale prices.
